Disconnected by Eircom?

Eircom disconnected my landline/broadband, as I didn't pay my bill. That was 8 months ago.
Have been with 3 Ireland mifi/wifi excuse of a bb supplier since - dial-up would be faster!
Any other bb provider I can sign up with for fibre without having to pay arrears to Eircom?
I have changed channels on 3 bb, have tweaked as many settings as I can. Pointless!
I didn't pay the bill as I was away for 2 months, Eircom wanted to charge me for an extra €100 for mobile calls made in that time! Um, house was vacant, bb was physically disconnected, nobody had key to make phonecalls - but like ESB, fcuk-all you can argue with them. Pay up or snip! Daylight robbery!
    Am in Co.Donegal....!
    Would really appreciate any help!
    Thanks.

    A lot of issues here.
Re alternatives, no, eircom or its resellers are your only real option
Re disconnection, you can't blame them for disconnecting you really
Re phantom mobile calls, did you not get an itemised bill?
Do you now also owe them for breach of contract as well as the outstanding bills? Have you been in contact with them at all?

North West Electronics is another possibility : http://www.nwewn.com/

You didn't pay your bill because of some vague problems you had, and no indication that you did anything to resolve it. Now you complain about the quality of the mobile service you have to resort to.

Any BB supplier with an ounce of sense will keep well away from you. Grow up/a pair and settle up with eircom if you want a proper service.
