    Usually if you give the ESB networks line a ring they have estimated times. I think they have an app too.

    It's been out in my mother's in Raheny since 9 last night. She's pretty resourceful but she has many frail neighbours who are in difficulty. They're looking at another power-less night. Not expected back til noon tomorrow.
