As the title suggests im in the fog a bit with the whole crewcab ins and outs!
    1. Will only a 350 transit crewcab (or equivalent size) qualify for commercial tax?
    2. Is it difficult to register a converted van from standard commercial to crewcab status?
    3. If I bought a uk reg crewcab is it any hassle registering it here?

Any help on the above questions would be gratefully appreciated

There is no "crewcab" status for tax, it is either commercial or it isn't.
If you arrive with the signed declaration and the cash, a lot of the time you will get the commercial tax.

you will need to prove you need a crew cab for commercial purposes (ie you carry a work crew).
