Where to go for annual family holiday?

    Looking for some recommendations please!
    We are a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids aged 9 and 7. We have been to Portugal which we loved, Lanzarote, not so much. Here are some guidelines that we would like-
    fly from Cork with AL preferably.
    early morning/midday flight
    not too expensive
    going for a week at end of June
    somewhere near beach, near waterpark would be nice, child friendly
    would loveeee all inclusive, but think it would be too expensive
    thinking of Majorca or spain
    any recommendations?
