Please help! Single jack problems!

    Alright, so here goes.
    Basically, I have one audio jack in my laptop. It is mic/headphone rolled into one. Recently I acquired a set of headphones that have two separate cables. Separate ones for the headphones and the microphone.
    What can I do to fix it so that I can plug both into the one input.

    IF you know an adapter I could use then please link it. The faster I can get it sorted the better.
