Henry stamped Webley RIC

    I have came across an Webley RIC but it is stamped Henry Edinburgh on the top. anyone have any info about this???

    For what it is worth, I know that Alexander Henry of the Martini-Henry rifle was a gun maker based out of Edinburgh. BTW, per Wikipedia George Armstrong Custer was presented with a pair of these RIC pistols, reputedly to have been with him at Little Big Horn.

    You might want to call this firm in Scotland. They say they have the records of Alexander Henry. However he was a gun maker specializing in fine shotguns and rifles, so not sure about the Henry stamp on a Webley. Perhaps they could help figure it out.
