Bad Sky Subscription Service.

    Not complaining by the volume of work i recieved due to sky service breakdown but if i were a customer i would not be too happy. We had bad weather with lightning which took out lnbs and as of today i have replaced 9, and 4 boxes, each customer rang sky and to every customer they were told a minimum of 2 weeks wait for a service man, in the mean time they were offered the service online or if they had not an internet connection they would be offered a credit, fair enough you say but when they do the call out repair they would charge €65 plus what ever equipment on top of that. At a time when Sky needs every customer they have this i feel is not good enough, think its time to ring Joe in the new year ;)
