pierhead is a nice spot and right in the village. it's on the headland so it's prob a 5 min walk to where the big waves are viewed from. pub is lovely there and it's literally right on top of the slipway they normally use for the jetskis etc for the tow in guys. bring a good zoom lens, I have a 300mm but its prob a little bit less than I'd like.
