Hi I have a 6 week old s4 Last night while charging it seemed to have gone into dead mode I tried to restore using kies but the home laptop wont recongnise the devise and when i try to restore using model it says this model cannot be initialized I tried to hold down power,home and volume up and the android symbol appeared…

Any ideas on what to do..i was thinking of leaving batt out for few hrs

Why does it do it..same happenedmy s2 before
