Top 5 DC: 1. Batman Hush Saga (Counting all Hush books). 2. Gotham Central. 3. Teen Titans (Geoff Johns). 4. Green Arrow (Judd Winick). 5. Superboy: Boy of Steel (Geoff Johns).

If we're doing lists I'm saying that the Film Forum rule applies - ie defend/explain your choices. Pure list threads are dull as ditchwater.
