    Hey all,

Am going to put UPC multiroom in the bedroom and UPC told me that all I need to do is ring them and order a box that is sent out and i plug it in. I want to move the TV in my room away from it's current location though so would need to extend the cable which I get basic channels on atm and probably run it along the skirting boards by attaching it to them. Just asking is there any way to do this without having a techician called out? Can I extend it myself easily enough?

    Thanks

if there is a connection point already in the room just running your own along the skirting as you say id prob ok, Just make sure to use good quality cable and connectors, A lot of extension cable is cheap badly shielded muck.
