What version of Norton 360 do,,,

I have it says mine is norton 360 20.4.0.40 Error: "3048,3" appears on my Norton product. i dunno which file i should download that is compatible. any help appreciated here is the link my laptop is window 7 64 bit http://www.symantec.com/security_response/definitions/download/detail.jsp?gid=n95

Click the 64-bit Platforms tab, and its the first one you want.

The second is only for Version 1, which you don't have.
