I know its a bit late and there's probably not too many round but I've lost my recipe for my Christmas tree pavlova :-(

I'm 90% sure it's nigella, I pulled it out of a magazine years ago and had it folded in a Cook book but no more.
It's basically different sized discs that are then stacked together to make a tree shape.

It's only egg whites and icing sugar, no corn flour, vinegar etc and always turns out lovely and chewy rather than dry or soft.
Does it ring any bells with anyone?? I've searched the web including nigellas website and there's nothing!
