    Considering buying it off those Russians who have the cheap steam, is Russia counted as being in the EU region or whatever Ireland is in?

    Tried looking it up but couldn't find any info.

    Not sure about a Russian copy, but Brazilian copies were region locked anyway.

    A VPN solves that sharpish. FlyVPN's free one lets you use a Brazilian IP. Once you activate the key on Steam you're golden.
