Oh no my liver says something on it, people might see it!

Problem nonexistent. Kind of hilarious really. Would not care if it was done to me. Would laugh.

University Hospitals Birmingham Trust said it “suspended a surgeon while an internal investigation is completed.”

Getting more surgeons to cut them all up again - at the taxpayers expense of course.

    Typical.

Stick a cowboy hat and a neckerchief on him and he looks a bit like John Wayne alright.

No-one else think this is bad ass and awesome?

I mean an artist signs their work, I think Implanting an Organ into someone, thus saving their life - Is pretty dam artistic.

“Imagine if the person died and was an organ donor, would the new owner of that liver want it to be branded? I doubt it very much.

If I was ever so f*cked as to be in need of a liver transplant I wouldn't give a damn if it was branded with a picture of a cock and a pair of hairy balls to be honest.

This guy must be a total psychopath right? How could he get away with doing this? Also wouldnt there be other surgeons, doctors, nurses etc in the operating room who would have seen him doing this

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/nhs/10536883/Surgeon-suspended-over-claims-he-branded-a-patients-liver.html

Why would he be a psychopath? He saved whoever this person's life and saved probably countless others.

Yes he did save the persons life but why burn his initials into their kidney? That doesnt seem right to me

At least if it doesn't work out, it can be traced back to him who did the operation. Blame him then.

A few years ago, a government building was being refurbished which involved demolition of a couple of internal walls. Behind one of these walls they found some graffiti where a cable layer had signed his name in a place that his boss told him was impossible to reach without making a hole in the wall.
