    Hi there,

I would like to know if there are any public running tracks with a soft surface, such as, grassland of parks (big park please :) ), football pitches or dirt tracks close to South Dublin. I live close to Portobello. Close to Stillorgan would be great too.

I will be running during the evenings, so looking for a place with a public lighting.

    Any ideas???

    Cheers!!

UCD has some great trails around the campus. Generally speaking there's no lighting at all, but worthing keeping in mind for when the evenings get longer….

Not sure how long your runs are but sandymount is only a few km away, that gives u the beach, and a few parks to run in!
