    I have this friend who was wondering if he could take a case of work place bullying against his boss?.

    The problem is he was harassed and ridiculed because of his appearance. He was made to feel like an outsider. His boss knew this carry on was going on but done nothing about it till one foggy night he needed him.

    Since then things have been much better but it still rankles him the boss didn't sort it out earlier.

    He's part time if that makes any difference.
    One night a year:D

    I always thought it got a raw deal. He signed up for manual but easy labour, then ended up having to carry the whole team because they didn't know the area.

    His union should've pointed out that guiding a sleigh on the busiest night of the year was not in his job description.
