Is this the stupidest idea ever?

So I built my pc in September, works great and all, but I'm hooked on hardware stuff now. Can't get enough of looking to upgrade etc.
I have a Corsair 200r (ATX) And I'm really wanting to get this motherboard and this case, along with my current FX-6300 cpu.
Is that all a stupid idea or is it as cheap and simple as it looks? I'd like a small form factor case as I hadn't considered my lack of space in my room where I keep my pc. I have this graphics card which I assume will fit. I honestly adore this case and would love to move my build to it.

Hrm. May depend on the physical size of your PSU. The R9 270X is 297mm, and the depth of the case is 359mm so it should fit, but from looking at the side view of the case, the PSU size may dictate the answer?

    150mm(W) x 86mm(H) x 140mm(L) is my psu

those cases are great and will accept a full sized psu,, however thats an its case that bitfenix took and redesigned for matx, if your set on it and youve few cards i would recommend getting the its as its a much more cookable

You mean ITX I think. I have an fx-6300 (am3+) for which there are no mini ITX boards, which is why I have to get mATX. I only ever plan to have a single graphics card, and never going to need a **** ton of ram either so I THINK it'll do?

oh ittl definitely do, just personally ordered a different case because i didnt like the matx layout of that case.

I'm not mad on the layout compared to the original but the case is just so nice and compact that I want it

Have a look at the Aerocool DS
Same type of small shape as the Prodigy M, It's slightly bigger but the motherboard goes horizontal.

That's a really nice case.. Kinda torn between 2 now.
Would I have to buy a new copy of windows or could I recover my old key from my motherboard? I'd hate to have to spend an unnecessary 30£ or so..

If it is a win 8 system builder or windows 7 retail then no problem. If it is a win 7 oem possibly not but you can always try ;)

Probably aren't too many reviews of 760g boards floating about, its the sort of budget chipset the major review sites would tend to i gnore tbh. I'd probably just get whichever has everything you need and then double check the likes of amazon and newegg for unusually low ratings indicting reliability problems.
