    Irish ms id, no email yet. I've the 25gb from being an "early" hotmail adopter, but other users with the same existing setup have got the email all the same. Is it because i only gave a gb or two left?

    No sign for me yet! I know I shouldn't complain about a gift, but it's worth noting it's only free for a year! That said, my Skydrive is almost maxed out so maybe this will (would!) save me upgrading for a year!

    pretty unlikely, the extra 20gb is in the form of a coupon added to whatever you already have for the duration stated in the deal. Like the 200gb coupon given to surface 2 owners. And anyway there are so many early adopters out there with the 25gb starting level that MS would be insane to try and remove any of it!

    Not got a mail yet. I'm on one of the original accounts and got 200GB with the surface already. If only I had a connection that would let me take more use of it :).

    Like the voucher with the surface this just gives you 20GB extra for the time allotted don't think they will drop grandfathered accounts back to the 7GB level.
