Another tyre question

    I need to get two new tyres fitted for the NCT. I've gotten a quote for two brands, Uniroyal Rain Expert and Hankook Kinergy Eco (?), they're both about the same price fitted (~€65). Would anyone know if one is better than the other or should I just stick a pin in it (not the tyre, obviously)?

    Other recommendations for decent mid-range tyres welcome.
