Well, I'm heading up to Belfast on Stephen's day and was wondering would there be any currency exchanges open. If not, is it cheaper to get money changed in Dublin or to just take it out of the ATM when I'm up there?

An Post is commission free, so is the M&S currency exchange on Royal Ave. The atm fees won't bankrupt you if you choose to go that way, but they are an extra cost all the same.
