    Should I purchase a Sony xperia go, its supposed to be dust and splash proof which i need ,seems to get good enough reviews any opinions thanks

    Depends on the price its an old phone now, 1Ghz single core cpu, with low res screen, 320 x 480p. It came with android 2.3.6 and while there was an upgrade to 4.0 is was meant to be slow with 4.

    All depends on price of course. You could get a regular phone and stick it in a waterproof case etc

    i got the xperia z1 and the waterproofing does work, but sony's ui is top notch compared to samsung, very easy to navigate
    xperia go is a nice looking phone, but its starting to show its age, so be prepared for a lacklustre supply of android updates
    also its not a 4G/Lte phone
