I'd say your main problem is that unless you are an octopus, you probably don't have enough legs!

And this is why I snowboard! Far less equipment!

Are you going to try to compete against skiset or intersport stores :)

In my defence I would only have the 2 far left and 1 pair of slalom skis of I didn't race! Ah who am I kidding ;)

In fairness to you Fattes at least you're out for the season and do some racing. I have 4 boards and 3 pairs bindings in the attic. Thankfully haven't bought any fresh gear in recent years so hopefully I've got over my habit of impulse purchases!

jvan; dont be talking crazy you can never have enough! The economy needs you :) to be honest the new GS skis are absolutely useless outside of race conditions they older ones are still fun though.

Once March comes round, the racing will be replaced by Powder and touring! The real fun stuff

Yeah he seems to know his stuff! I picked my boots up in Canada earlier in the year, just had them in to get the bindings adjusted on my skis as these are slightly smaller than my old boots. Nice to finally put a face to the most helpful name on here!

Blade skis?? There is your problem right there! Only boutique producers still make them, a large number of resorts have actually banned them.

Easy to ski inherently unstable and generally dangerous. Very few if any retailers would still carry them.

The 2 main ski guys in S&R one was born in Garmisch and is a serious skier the other is the Olympic freestyle ski judge & world freeride tour head judge!!
