I just signed a contract with Vodafone, Because I stream movies on Netflix and have people in the house playing games I already used over 50gb of bandwidth .

What worries me is that once I get to 350gb will Vodafone disable my internet access for that month or charge extra ? Should I move to Sky? does Sky have truly unlimited bandwidth ?

I don't know what Vodafone does but some will slow you down to near dial up if you go mad. So, you can still download as much as you want, albeit at a slower speed.

You should be fine going over it. I think Vodafone just have a fair usage policy to make sure nothing strange is happening on your line, like a virus or someone tapping into your wireless.

Digiweb, however, are possibly scabbiest company when it comes to bandwidth, they'll throttle your speed when you go over your cap. I would also avoid Magnet and UTV as well.

Unlimited service carries a fair usage policy (FUP) and Vodafone reserve the right to charge for usage in excess of the advertised FUP or amend the service in terms of bandwidth speeds limitations or other measures such as restricting service types.

    but then here they say

**Most Vodafone broadband packages come with unlimited usage, subject to a 300GB fair usage policy (FUP). The FUP exists simply to allow Vodafone to contact a customer if we notice unusual usage that is driving very high internet traffic volumes, such as a PC virus. The service is truly unlimited and there is no charge and no service degradation of any sort that takes place for exceeding the 300GB FUP. The FUP simply exists to protect customers and gives Vodafone a means to contact them to help out if we notice something unusual.
