Sky+ HD box fault - no signal

Sky+HD box appears to be defective.
It says that no signal is being received and the signal screen shows zero signal for both feeds.
I've tested the dish and it is receiving a good signal, the cable is fine too.
It looks like no voltage is present on the Sky box's satellite outputs.

Anyone experienced this before and know a solution, other than replacing the box?

How did you test the dish and cable?

Have you tried another box on the same cable as your HD box?
