Hi, I had a TRV fitted in the summer, rad worked a while but wont now, no matter what setting. I will probably contact the plumber but want to know if this may be something simple before I do. The section from the TRV to the rad is very hot but dont seem to be going into radiator?

You may need to open the lockshield valve on the other side slightly, remove cap and turn anti-clockwise a half turn, replace cap.

Trv's tebd to seize easily. Take trv top off by unscrewing metal band at bottom by hand. Give nib on t a light tap with hammer and oil. If rad heats then refit trv
