Recipe using the fruit & veg specials?

    Hi everyone

    I'm sure some of you good people have availed of the fruit and veg offers in all the supermarkets at the moment - has anyone any recipes to share?

    All I've made was a very bland soup so please pass on any decent soups recipes too :-)

    Check out the Souper Soups thread & also use the forum search function rather than kicking off a new thread full of random recipes.

    Will do, was just looking for recipes that used the special offers at the moment as the main ingrediants rather than any random recipe, thanks
