can't download iTunes

    Hi,

    I've tried 3 or 4 times to download itunes to my dell laptop from here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

    It simply doesn't download.

    I never bothered to download it until now - i need to visit the genius bar as the cellular connection seems to be ruined since an upgrade to 7.0.4, so I need to backup before I go, but I can't download itunes to allow me to backup onto my laptop.

    Any suggestions? Anybody had this problem before?

    (living in Japan, softbank is the carrier)
