SPS acreage differences

    Hello,

I inherited a small farm which I've let out through an auctioneer over the last few years. The current renter (tenant?) is refusing to pay the final installment as he is disputing the acreage which he can claim the SPS/area aid on. I checked the folio and the rental contract had the correct acreage.

I'm not a farmer and don't know the details on how much the SPS is for the land (tillage in the midlands) or how to go about resolving this. Any help would be appreciated!

How can I get an idea as to what the SPS allowance would be ?

Is there a process where I can find out the SPS acreage?

    Thanks.
