Log off/log in problem

it would seem that when logging back in your user profile is not loading.

To see if this is the cause, create a new user profile:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-corrupted-user-profile#1TC=windows-vista

When done, try logging out and back in.
