Revenue.ie - Pending Correspondence...

Never had one of these before so I don't know how it is supposed to work. If I log into Revenue.ie and click on 'Your Requests History' I can see that on 12/12/2013 there is an item labeled 'Correspondence'. Never had one of these before so I don't know how it is supposed to work. If I log into Revenue.ie and click on 'Your Requests History' I can see that on 12/12/2013 there is an item labeled 'Correspondence'.

When I click on it it it takes me to a page that says:

Correspondence
Date of correspondence: 12/12/2013
Status: Pending

It looks like there should be more text though? I've had weird computer problems before so I'm not sure if it is loading the page incorrectly or if it means that they received a letter on 12/12/2013 and it is 'Pending' a response?

Can anyone tell me how this should work? Thanks
