Centre brake light (retrofit)

    I want to retrofit an incandescent centre brake light to a BMW e30 coupe, can anyone recommend any brands to look into? Something that looks like it could have been fitted at the factory.

    There seems to be plenty of LED lights but I don't want to fit as it would look out of place on a 23 year old car.

    I've considered going down the OE route but they're very hard to get hold of and can be expensive when they do pop up.
