Hi all,

Have an issue with a upvc door not locking.

When the handle is pulled up to lock the 5 point locking and the key is turned in the cylinder and removed the lock will open when the handle is pushed down I.e the door won't stay locked.

I had a spare lock cylinder so put that in to rule that out but the cylinder is fine.

Any ideas what is needed to fix the problem and where to get the parts?
I found this place on Caple St www.locks.ie

My parents have been quoted €75 call out and roughly €110 to fix. If I could buy the parts and fit myself I would.
