Pre NCT question

Hoping for some advice on a potential issue in NCT, I have a 08 Peugeot 207, a while ago the bracket holding the exhaust came loose (there were two points involved). MY OH put a wire hanger around one of the brackets to hold it till I got to a garage. The garage rather than order a new bracket welded something and then wove the wire hanger around the part of the bracket that was disconnected, I said this was fine not realizing my NCT was due in January. My question is will this be a fail for the NCT? the exhaust is held in place firmly but not with an official peugeot bracket. Thanks!

Actually had a friends Astra pass an NCT with electric fence wire wrapped multiple times around the exit pipe then the mounts on the back box. I bet him the price of the test it would fail. It didnt... so its a go from me too:)
