I want to buy my uncle a new harmonica.

He often plays it in our local town if there was a get together of musicians. They play a lot of traditional music and also well know songs.

I am not so sure what kind of money he spends on them but know they're life span is usually a year or so!!!! I think

I would like to get him a decent one but is it a personal thing? Do they have to try them out first. Is it possible to buy good quality one as a surprise.

If so, could anyone recommend a good store and brand.

    Thanks

Might be too late but go to www.davesharmonicas.com , he's in Mullingar and cheapest on the internet. Hohner special 20 is great for the money for a 10 hole diatonic
