Shot in the dark here, but does anyone know any device I could use to send wireless video? I have UPC Horizon now so I want to use my sat box upstairs but the wire from the dish is in the sitting room :( I would prefer HDMI but any decent video would suit.

Run 2 cat5 cables and get a set of HDMI baluns, trying to send that much data over wireless is completely hit or miss and may cause problems down the road with wifi if you ever upgrade your wifi router to one using the same frequency. Cables are guaranteed to work
