    Not sure if I was got or not, doing a few km over the limit and passed a van... How long to the fines take to issue in the post usually??

    If the van was unmarked it was a survey can and don't issue fines. But if it was marked watched the postman!

    unless it was a garda van, which can be unmarked.

    if you were just a few km's over, i wouldn't lose any sleep over the whole thing, you'l most likely never hear from it.
