Could someone do a before and after pic for me?

I have lost 73 pounds (little over 5 stone) and would like to do a before and after pic to brag ]]I am really bad with photoshop and because the photos are not the same size I find it impossible to do.

I have 4 pics, want them to make 2 pics (2 before and afters)

Could anyone help me out with this? Really bad with this kind of stuff and considering the complications with the sizes etc I just can't get it

Haave them labelled as before 1.....now 1
before 2 and now 2 so if you could put them side by side like that I'd really appreciate it man
