Seeking certain AEGs

Hello again, I'm looking for one of the following AEGs to buy. Preferably in perfect or excellent condition, with box, battery, and charger.

    1. AGM SA58 OSW
    2. Masada ACR in Desert

Bit of a far stretch, but if not I'll pick one up in-stores after the New Year. Would prefer to meet up to test. Fingal-based.

On a side note, if you're selling any AEG and want to chance it, post below with a pic of your gun and I'll take a look. Worst thing is I say no, which isn't really a big deal. Thanks for looking!

    CD

If you fancy an M4 based AEG which is probably the most versatile platform around then I have a KWA Upgraded M4 S-System a bargain at €180

This is the later Gen II model with the reinforced all 9mm gearbox
Gearbox has had a full one over checked and re-greased etc
It has been re-wired with low resistance (silver) wiring and is wired to a Deans connector
A Deans to Tamiya adapter can be supplied if required
    Fitted with a G&P M120 motor
Fitted with a MadBull 363mm long 6.03 tight bore barrel.
The hop-up is fitted with G&G Green Hop up Rubber
Comes with folding front and rear sights
A few scratches on the body and rails but nothing major
    Shooting 301-305fps with 0.2g BB
Comes with a 300rnd hicap metal magazine

I'm looking for something similar, yet different at the same time. As reliable as the M4 range is, they're far too common in my eyes. I'm more of a person who wants a gun that's not as common. M4s, G36s, and AKs are the main go-to guns, and I'd love to be different enough from them. Although, that sounds like an impressive rifle alright.

What's it made of? And Galway is a far way out of my way, I'm afraid.

I was thinking the same thing when i got http://touch.boards.ie/thread/2057089125/1/#post87646317
It's a great AEG I just never get to use it anymore. Will throw in a lipo battery as well if your interested.

I was looking at a Tavor myself last night, but the polymer would be too flimsy compared to the ABS or full-metal versions, I just know I'd have the worst luck and end up breaking it. Still, highly tempting, as they're rare enough.

The only MP5 I'd consider is the MP5K, I'm afraid, I'm very fussy.... which sucks.

And a SIG. Never struck me as interesting, but I haven't heard any pros/cons about them either. Also a fairly uncommon sight, so another interesting offer. Just doesn't strike my fancy in the looks department which is a huge downer for me.

The polymer is very strong and is the same material that the real gun is made of. Much stronger than ABS.

Don't mean to thread spoil, but I can vouch for the quality of the body- very durable and high quality :)
Just thought I'd add that in...

I don't really see it as thread spoiling, just voicing your own opinion. Then what's the difference between this TAR and the one on various websites? Somewhat lost here.... (yes, I'm a rookie at airsoft xD)

    Just in case!
Here is the Ares Tavor, really good gun, proline and quite expensive new!
As opposed to this which is the S&T Tavor, which is a clone of the Ares one (I think!) and which is cheaper to buy new, but also has a cheaper external quality and internally it reflects its low price..
This is a great review of the Ares Tavor ;)
Some more research on the web will give you more info!
EDIT: Would you be able to provide links to the other websites?

Yeah, the one on theairsoftshop.ie and MIA were the ones I seen. I know the MIA one is S&T, though, not sure of the other.

Not really. I just find SCARs to be unwieldy in my hands. I'm a slim fellow, so the smaller and lighter the gun, the better. And the price of your rifle is out of my range, unfortunately.

How about a CA M41 RAS (G3) with Full Metal upper and lower body fitted with a King Arms 7mm gearbox
The gearbox has been Shimmed & Greased fitted with a Bearing Spring Guide and the Angle Of Engagement has been modified plus a New Polycarb piston with a Metal piston headare also fitted

    dq7g.jpg

I also have a matching silencer for it with H&K markings if you prefer a longer looking style of Assault Rifle

She's a very pretty gun alright, how does she perform? And is she loud?

Its a bit late now but I will run it through the chronograph to do a full test tomorrow for you

No it is not loud as it has been properly shimmed and serviced and runs very sweet

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 168 ✭✭Chicken Doughnut

Unlikely, I'd say. Next place I'm heading is Cork, and that's a few months away for a different reason altogether. Although, good luck with sale, it's a beautiful looking gun but there's not much even ground we could agree on, I'm afraid. I hope to pick up the cheaper version down the line, at least.
