RTE Junior No Video but Sound

Hey Guys, I have a combo satellite and terrestrial box and after rescanning and getting RTE 1 HD (Which looks upscaled on some programs TBH) RTE Junior, their kids channel is not transmitting video on my box, only audio. Now obviously i'm not going to lose sleep over it but it does bug me. Anyone else have the same issue…

do a manual rescan. what make of combo box do you have?
