    Afternoon all,

As the title says, does anyone have any idea if its possible to do a chefing or cookery course by night?

There is one in CIT but that requires the candidate to have atleast 6 months previous experience in a kitchen - which I dont.

There seems to be one or two courses by day but a day course doesnt really suit me.

Any help would be much appreciated.
