    Hi,

i'm looking for a quick and easy way of making mulled wine. Even from concentrate or whatever. Are there ready to go sachets? Do supermarkets sell them? If so where? I don't have the time to make the real stuff.

    Thanks

Just heat red wine with almonds agus raisins until warm, not boiling.

You can get this in most supermarkets but it's easy to make up yourself. Jamie has a good recipe, even if you don't make it up yourself use his sugar base method for the satchet. http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/recipe/jamie-s-mulled-wine

    2 bottles of red wine
Juice & rind of an orange
    150g brown sugar
small glass of brandy, rum or Cointreau (depending on your taste)
a few cloves, a stick of cinnamon & a star anise if you have them
