Contract lease document

How would you go about getting the contract lease document that was signed upon purchase of another persons respective property? Are these available through land registry or private documents? If there is a company listed as part of the contract in the lease (a management company) would they have legal rights to obtain…

If there is a company listed as part of the contract in the lease (a management company) would they have legal rights to obtain this independently? i.e. the counterpart lease.

id imagine you would run into serious data protection issues. What exactly are you trying to do / why are you looking for these ?

What you are describing are essentially the title deeds of someone elses property and thus are private documents not available to the public. The Land registry does not keep copies nor does it make copies available.
