Can I get braces for free again?

Hey, here's my situation- I had braces put on at the age of 12 for 1 year and a half. I am now 15. Ever since i got the braces off i have had two rather off-putting spaces between my top and bottom set of teeth (I've linked a picture below). Basically, my upper lateral incisors don't come down past my bottom teeth as they are positioned in a way that they are pressing against my lower canines. This is rather annoying as they look ugly and feel extremely tight and crowded. Just recently i have had the urge to get them fixed as they do look rather misaligned as my upper lateral incisors are positioned further back than my lower incisors. It's nearly like a cross bite. My question: Can I receive some form of orthodontics like braces again for free under the NHS to bring my teeth forward and close the gaps as I am still under-18? I didn't need to wear rubber bands the first time and i always wear my retainer so the gaps are not my fault. I am still registered under my orthodontist so can I ask for an appointment for some advice? Thanks for your help.
