    This is the older Rev 8 according to the description. Rev 9 is the lastest afaik.

    I've been going through Bargain Alerts for over a year now and anytime a referral was in a thread it would just be closed as per the charter, unless some new rule just came it affect the OP would never get any sort of punishment other than the thread being closed.
