Eatx12v into EPS12v??????

    I have the Ausu z77 sabertooth mobo which the manual says requires a 8 pin Eatx12v cpu power alot of PSU have a EPS12v power connector are they compatible? can you plug a EPS12v into a EATX12v for cpu power please help

    Its the same thing essentially just inconsistant naming across manufaturers.

    Technically I don't think 8 pin Eatx12v is a correct name for anything, there are only atx12v-4 pin, and EPS12v-8 pin (which is really just two atx12v-4 pin selotaped together).
