    Hi,

I'm planning on getting away for about three nights right at the end of December and/or early January with my wife and our 14-month old.

One bedroom is fine, we have a travel cot that we can put by our bed for the little guy, but we would want a separate living area so that we can watch TV, read, etc. in the evenings without disturbing him or having to tiptoe around.

I want to get a little bit away from home (Waterford) but I don't want to be driving for 6 hours either, so really we're looking at the south, east and midlands. Coastal or mountain scenery nearby, and nice walks that could be done with a buggy would be a big plus.

    Anyone got any suggestions?
