    Hi,

On my Outlook 2007, I am looking to restrict emails to go to only certain emails. Is this possible? Say allow it to go to @gmail.com but not @hotmail.com?

No, not really. The blocking options really only are for incoming mail. Why would you want to stop yourself from sending emails to someone?

There are ways around it, such as configuring a local mailserver, but it depends on why you're trying to achieve this.

We have internal emails that we dont want accidently sent to a customer/supplier etc.. was hoping there was a simple way of configuring only to send to a specfic range of addresses..

Create a Category for your Clients

    A quick search reveled https://www.uwec.edu/help/Outlook07/CONT-category.htm

So basically you would move your Clients in to a new category or vise verse, whichever is easiest.

If you have your own exchange server it should be possible on that, not sure of the particulars though.

Just check the feature "Information Rights Management (IRM)" provides by Outlook 2007. It allows the user to set multiple protocols. It covers the operations like print, forward and copy for messages.
