gaelic Football tips for beginners

    im new to Football and looking for some tips and advice for playing gaelic :P

    1 )Watch some matches 2) Familiarise yourself with the basic rules of the game 3)Pratice soloing start off just bouncing the ball on your toe,then try walking and bouncing the ball on your toe eventually building up to running 4)Fielding the ball throw the ball up in the air and catch it, kick the ball off a wall and catch it etc 5)practice catching the ball on the bounce 6)get used to wearing a mouthguard 7)practice the simple basic stuff picking and passing the rest will fall into place. Keep on top of your fitness the fitter you are the easier it will be for you ,the days of overweight hungover junior b's and c's have pretty much gone

    Best bit of advice I could give you is the burst the football and buy yourself a hurley!!!
