If you're looking to get on a program and have the added guidance of accompanying youtube videos, I would highly recommend Johnie Candito.

    His programs are here. http://www.canditotraininghq.com/free-strength-programs/
You should start with the linear program. He goes into great depth in the downloadable pdf and his youtube videos are very informative. The guy is also insanely strong so he is obviously doing something right. Not that that is the reason to follow his programs but its fun to watch him squat 185kg for 10 reps.

I think you'd benefit more from picking a solid foundation program like Stronglifts 5x5.

Full body 3 times a week will work a lot better than a split starting out. Just focus on the compound movements from Stronglifts, and combine that with a good diet and your sorted.

This thread is a bit old, but if you're still watching it then you're best off to do chest and triceps together and shoulders and biceps. When you bench press, you work both triceps and chest and if you do the right type of excercises you can work your back and biceps.
